What does "white-label" mean for MSP Pro Annual?
White-label removes our branding from PDF reports and lets you add your own company logo. This makes reports look like they came directly from your MSP, not a third-party tool. Only available on annual plans.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes! The Family Plan is a one-time purchase with no subscription. MSP Pro can be cancelled anytime by contacting us—no long-term contracts. Annual plans are non-refundable after purchase.
Where does the breach data come from?
We use Have I Been Pwned (HIBP), the most trusted and comprehensive breach database available. It's maintained by security expert Troy Hunt and includes billions of compromised accounts from verified breaches.
Do you store the emails I check?
No. We never store or log the emails you check. When you search an email, we query the breach database in real-time and show you the results—that's it. Your privacy is our priority.
